TrafficStars is a self-serve proprietary ad network providing technical and marketing solutions to advertisers and publishers worldwide. The use of Digital Element’s IP geolocation solution, which includes mobile carrier data, will empower the company to accurately determine a user’s location whether they are browsing on desktop or mobile devices.
